To our OneTen Cycles Family:

All of us are wishing you good health and good fortune during these trying times. Most importantly, we truly hope you, your family, friends, and colleagues safe, healthy, and well.  Under Governor Walz 'Stay at Home' order, bicycle shops were deemed an essential business under the critical sector of 'transportation and logistics.' We will continue to be available for your service and product needs. However, we have modified our business practices to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our small staff and all of our customers. The OneTen staff have made bicycles an essential part of our every day lives, and now they have been deemed an essential part of yours! Exercise boosts your immune system, improves your overall mental and physical health, and bikes can get you where you need to be. Please let us know how we can help!

Nearly all of our products can be seen on our website. We encourage you to do some preliminary research before coming into our store. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call. You can pay for your items over the phone or in our store!

Curbside Pick-Up and Delivery!

We offer curbside pick-up on all transactions! Just give us a call ahead of time, pay over the phone, and we will bring your product or repair out to you. We also offer free delivery on any bike purchase in the Twin Cities area and free pick-up and delivery on any bike service at or above $129.

Our Service and Sales Protocol

1. We will be staffed to be open at reduced hours (12:00-6:00 Monday-Friday, 10:00-4:00 Saturday). 

Schedule an appointment by calling during open store hours (651-454-2066).

Walk-ins are welcome as we are available to accommodate on a 1:1 ratio of customers to sales staff.

We will ask customers to wait just inside the front doors for a sales associate to ensure social distancing.

We will do our best to adhere to social distances of 6 ft or more.

Please browse our products online as much as possible, rather than in the store. 

2. Continue daily, hourly, and transactional cleaning practices.

Hand sanitizer, Lysol, and disinfectant wipes are available for use in store. 

Additional cleaning and handling protocols of all products,

Designating staff to workstations to prevent cross contamination.

3. Revised sales and service experiences to minimize contact and closeness.

Reduce fittings of on the body products (helmets, shows, gloves, apparel)

Decrease the number of test rides while disinfected each bike after every use.

4. Credit card payments are preferred. Advanced pay over the phone is highly recommended. 

We will disinfect keypad, pen, and signing pad hourly.

Minimizing cash payments and handling.

Offering email receipts.

5. Delivery and curbside pickup offered.

Free delivery and pick up of all service work at or above the cost of our annual tune-up ($129.99)

Free delivery on all new bike sales.

Curbside service is available for all transactions and questions.
