Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product and service that we offer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information. Excludes bicycle purchases.
Bontrager's 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee
"If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride. This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded."
Bontrager's Helmet Crash Replacement Guarantee
"With our Crash Replacement Guarantee, we will provide you with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership. Simply contact us or your local retailer with the crashed helmet, original sales receipt, details of the incident, and a return address for your replacement."
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is always free. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away, we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Returns
*Due to COVID-19, we will not be taking returns on balaclavas or face masks.
Holiday Returns
Any holiday gift purchase made can be returned on or before January, 31st assuming that the return criteria are met. Please our regular return policy for details.
Regular Returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, please bring it back to us within 30 days and we'll make it right. If applicable, please bring original packaging and your receipt. Some items may not be returnable based on use or time elapsed since purchase. All bike sales are final.
