Levon (Lev) Kalemkiarian:
Meet Levon “Lev”, the powerhouse behind Premier Training Systems and your guide to crushing new fitness goals every week!
With over 14 years of experience, Lev’s coached athletes from 13 to 65+ years young, fine-tuning techniques and pushing limits at every level.
He’s a Level 1 USA Cycling Certified Coach with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from The College of St. Scholastica – so he knows his stuff.
But Lev isn’t just a coach; he’s a fierce competitor! He ran and cycled his way through college and went on to dominate regional and national races as an Elite Category 1 cyclist.
Get ready – with Lev on your team, you’re in for some fun and motivating training!

Stacy Kalemkiarian:
Meet Stacy – a cycling dynamo with years of riding and coaching under her belt!
She’s not just any cyclist; she’s competed at regional and national cyclocross events and just took home the win at the 2024 Chequamegon Amateur Women’s MTB race in September!
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica, Stacy brings serious expertise to the trails.
And if you ask her about mountain biking, get ready – she’ll be grinning ear to ear and might just inspire you to hit the trails yourself!
Cycling Class:
These cycling classes are FOR EVERYONE! They are meant to me small in order for the coaches to give you techniques for home and on the road!
Designed to:
- Improve your endurance
- Anaerobic threshold power
- VO2 max
- Improve your pedaling efficiency
- Core stability
- Increase your knowledge on effective training.
- Class will be 60-75 min in length with a cycling coach present to help guide you through the workouts
- Everyone is welcomed as the intensity is individualized based on current fitness levels.
Class Schedule:
- Choose which day of the week you would like to attend (Wednesday, Saturday, or both!)
- If you choose both, you will be taking eight classes per month/block
- The classes are divided into "blocks" (One block is 4 weeks)
- Example: 1 class x per week x 4 weeks (one "block") = $120
Block #1: Dec 2nd– 29th
Wednesdays @ 5:30pm with Lev

Saturdays @ 11:30am with Stacy
Block #2: Jan 6th– Feb 2nd

We will provide each rider with a Wahoo KICKR ROLLR Smart Bike Trainer and fans to provide cooling
Essential Rider Equipment:
